R. S. Overseas Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 1996 as a registered polymer trading entity after ten years of operations as a sole proprietorship firm R. S. POLYMERS founded in 1986 by the current managing director of the company, Mr. Balram Gupta.
The company began as a polymers trader in Delhi with its sales confined to North Indian states during the initial years of operations and went on to become one of the significant traders and distributors of whole range of polymers in India.
